Boron carbide nozzles are typically recommended in conjunction with fast cutting abrasives like aluminum oxide or silicon carbide to maximize orifice retention and providing the highest blasting effectiveness.

ROCTEC® Nozzles

ROCTEC® composite carbide nozzles provide longer life than boron carbide nozzles.The ROCTEC nozzle material is ideal for applications using aggressive abrasives like aluminum oxide and silicon carbide.

Special angle nozzles, industiral gun inserts for the popular styles, etching nozzles, and pencil blast nozzles are a few of the special types of nozzles currently available.

SiAION Nozzles

SiAlON, our newest ceramic material, is used in our industrial nozzle product line. SiAlON nozzles have similar performance life and durability as tungsten carbide nozzles, but with half the weight. SiAlON nozzles are an excellent choice to minimize operator fatigue and maximize productivity.

Tungsten Carbide Nozzles

Tungsten carbide nozzles offer long life and economy when rough handling cannot be avoided, and where medium cutting abrasives (glass bead, steel shot & grit, mineral or coal slag) are used. Traditionally, they are the material of choice for general nozzle applications.
